Do my pets need to be in the same photo?
No. Upload a separate photo of each pet, and we create photos of them together, as if they'd sat side by side for a photographer.

Can I include a pet who has passed away?
Yes, even from an old print or a blurry photo. Tick "Old or blurry photo" and we bring them back at their best: an imagined moment, AI-created and checked by a person.
What's in a session?
4 photos: everyone cuddled up, everyone dressed up (you pick what each one wears), a playful moment, and you with them (seen from behind) or a close-up.
Are these real photos?
They're AI-created photos made from yours. They look real, but the moment didn't happen, so we label them AI-created. A person checks every set before delivery.
Can it be our own home?
Yes. Choose "Our home" and add a photo of the room. Or pick one of our places, from a pumpkin patch to a wedding, or describe your own.
How much does it cost?
The preview is free. The 4-photo set is $19 for 1–2 pets, $24 for 3–4, $29 for 5–6 and $34 for 7–8. One payment, no subscription.
What do I get?
4 full-size photos without the watermark, about 1,600 pixels on the long side: right for your phone, Instagram and prints up to 5x7. Up to 3 free revisions.
How long does it take?
The free preview takes about two minutes. After you order, your checked photos appear on your order page, usually within 24 hours.
What happens to my photos?
They're used only to make your session, and they're deleted automatically after 7 days.
